Who We Are
We are a bunch of design geeks based in London, UK. We do our best efforts to bring you fresh and unusual home decor and original gift deas from around the world, hoping that our passion for beautiful and quirky things will come across to you.
Even though we don’t take ourselves too seriously, we are VERY serious about what we do, we aim at offering you a great service, quick and cheap deliveries and we guarantee that every possible security measure is in place to make sure that payment transactions are 100% safe, so you can shop with confidence!

Placing Your Order
You can order and pay online by MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Visa, Diners or via Paypal. We do not retain your details, which means that you will need to resubmit this information when you place a further order on this website.

We offer Gift Vouchers, that can be redeemed online by adding the unique Voucher Code in the shop basket at checkout stage. You can purchase Gift Vouchers for £20, £50 or £100.00 online clicking here. For Gift Vouchers of a different amount just drop us an email and we will prepare it for you and send it by email within hours.

Returns Policy
We aim at bringing you only high quality and uber-cool designer products.
If however you are not entirely satisfied with any item you received, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost). You can return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange, whichever you prefer.
Please return the item to us, in "as new" condition: in its original packaging and with all relevant documentation, within 14 days of the order shipment date (the order shipment date is contained in the shipment confimation sent to you by email). Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Made to order/bespoke products are non-refundable.
Please note: When returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend for you to post the parcel by Recorded Delivery or ask your Post Office for a proof of posting (available free of charge). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged
We are sorry about it! If a product has been damaged in transit, is faulty or is not the one you ordered, please contact us, as we might need to ask you to return it to us in "as-new" condition: In its original packaging and with all relevant documentation, within 14 days of the order shipment date. The order shipment date is provided to you by email.

If we requested you to return the damaged item(s) to us, we will issue a refund or replacement(s), whichever is requested by you and depending upon availability, only after we received the faulty item back. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. A refund will be issued for postage paid to return the item(s) only when the item(s) is found to be defective or incorrectly supplied from the original order. If you fail to return goods at your expense, Juno reserves the right to charge the direct costs for their recovery and may offset that amount against any refund due.

Jurisdiction
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Product Descriptions And Availability
Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, colour and price of all products. Sizes are given as a guide only. Please be aware that handmade items are subject to variations in size, colour and shape owing to the unique nature of the product.
All items are offered subject to availability. The information displayed is considered as an invitation, not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
Taxes And Import Duties
If you are based outside the EU you might be charged import taxes and fees for your order when it arrives, unfortunately Juno has no control over these fees - please check with your customs office if you need more info about it.
The shipping charges you pay to Juno do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Juno and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.
It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please click here for more info about import duties.
Deliveries
All orders for in stock products will be processed and despatched within 24 hours from receipt (Monday to Friday, UK Bank Holidays excluded), please also allow 3-20 business days for delivery, depending on which Country you are based. If we have not delivered the products within 30 days of the date given in our acceptance, you may either cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you, or get a replacement product sent out to you free of charge.

Validation Checks
All credit- and debit-card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not confirm acceptance of the order, no contract will be formed, and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Complaint Handling Procedure
Complaints will be dealt with quickly, fairly, and effectively and all information exchanged will be confidential. We will respond to all complaints within two working days and our complaints procedure will be regularly reviewed to make sure it meets with all relevant codes of practice.

Security And Privacy Policy
Privacy
We take your privacy very seriously. We will never rent or sell your information to any third parties, we only use the information we collect from you to convey your order information, or at you request, to send you catalogues and e-newsletters.
Security
We do our best to protect our customers' sensitive data. Credit card information for web orders is protected in the following ways:
- 128-Bit encryption during transmission of information to and from the servers and web browser.
- Verified By Visa for extra security is in place.
- Credit card numbers are not stored in our database. We keep on file only the last 5 digits in cases where we need to verify the card that was used.
- To add payment details, clients will be redirected via a Secure Encrypted Server to our payment processor's site (Sagepay Protx) that will verify the credit card details and place an authorization for the order total. The orders are only accepted once the authorization and address verification are all clear. A unique ID is associated with the order for purposes of billing the previous authorization. This ID cannot be used to place further authorizations and it contains no identifiable link to the credit card number.
