Shipping Charges

When dispatching all our uber-cool designer products and unusual home accessories we will always try to offer you the cheapest possible shipping price, to do this we will use either couriers or Royal Mail, depending on quantity and type of product ordered.

As a general rule shipping charges depends on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and where it is shipping. You can see individual products' UK shipping rates on all products pages, however, if you are ordering more than one product or you are based outside UK, you can get a quote for your shipment fee during checkout - just add your shipping address to view the exact shipping cost.

Shipping Timing

At Juno we believe that shopping online does not mean having to wait for weeks to receive your products! For this reason we always do our best to offer you very quick deliveries, if a product is shown online as available in stock, it will be dispatched within 24 hours from placing your order.

We will keep you updated on your order status and you will receive an email informing you that the parcel has left our warehouse once it has been dispatched. Once you received the Shipping Confirmation E-mail from us, please allow further 3-5 working days for the parcel to reach you (if you are based in UK).

For UK Mainland deliveries we also offer an Express Service (next day delivery), perfect for last minute gifts. It can be purchased separately by adding it to the cart as extra. The Express Delivery Voucher is a flat rate of £5.00 that will be added on top of the standard delivery fee for the order. Please always allow 24hrs for your order to be processed before dispatch. Deliveries are posted out Monday-Friday except on UK National Holidays.

International Deliveries Info

We are happy to deliver our products worldwide. We offer reasonable shipping rates and fast delivery times. For orders shipping outside the U.K, your package will usually arrive within 3 -15 business days, depending on where you are based. If your parcel is above 2kg it will have full door to door tracking. You will be able to see the tracking number logging in your account section of the site.

If you are based outside the EU, please allow up to four weeks transit times, even though normally your order will reach you much sooner. You might be charged import taxes for your order when it arrives, unfortunately Juno has no control over these fees - please check with your Customs Office if you need more info about it. Juno has no way of estimating customs fees, so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!

Will my order arrive on Saturday?

No. We do not currently offer a Saturday delivery option sorry! All transit times are business days, not calendar days, unless otherwise specified.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, however we can not be held responsible for delays when shipping to a P.O. Box address.

Returns Policy

We aim at bringing you only high quality and original Designer Products.

If you are not entirely satisfied with any item you received, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost). You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange, whichever you prefer.

Please return the item to us (in "as-new" condition: in its original packaging and with all relevant documentation) within 14 days of the order shipment date. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Made to order/bespoke products are non-refundable.

When returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend for you to post the parcel by Recorded Delivery or ask your Post Office for a proof of posting (available free of charge). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived damaged or defective

We are sorry about it! If a product has been damaged in transit, is faulty or is not the one you ordered, please contact us, as we might need to ask you to return it to us in "as-new" condition: In its original packaging and with all relevant documentation, within 14 days of the shipment date. The order shipment date is provided to you by email.

Please contact us for a Return’s Number and address.

If we requested you to return the damaged item(s) to Juno Design Shop, we will issue a refund or replacement(s), whichever is requested by you and depending upon availability, only after we received the faulty item back. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. A refund will be issued for postage paid to return the item(s) only when the item(s) is found to be defective or incorrectly supplied from the original order. If you fail to return goods at your expense, Juno reserves the right to charge the direct costs for their recovery and may offset that amount against any refund due.
