We love this stylish print serie, as it a real example of graphic art. The project comes from the passion of the designer for some of the world's greatest landmarks, which led to the desire of expressing graphically, in his own way, their iconic nature. This unique print series is characterized by a modern and minimalistic flavour, mixed in with lots of colour. Layers of shapes outline the familiar forms of the landmarks, a range of pale to deep colours define certain details and hint at areas of light or shadow giving the designs movement and depth for a stunning visual impact. The colour choice was studied specifically to give a sense of the place that is woven into the story of each landmark, for people to see not only the landmark, but also its context. The vibrant oranges and yellows used in Christ The Redeemer try to evoke the colours of Carnival and Rio. The blues in The London Eye and The Sydney Harbor Opera House place the viewer beside water. The bright pinks in The Taj Mahal evoke the rich colouration of Indian saris and spices. Each print is individually stamped, signed by the designer and dated. Litho print onto Chromomatt Club 200gsm paper with Light Fast inks (prevent colour fade). Size: 42 x 59.4 centimetres. Designed and made in the UK.

This bright and colourful notebook is made out of 40 pages of multi coloured elephant dung paper, (yes we meant dung) matching the handcrafted elephant themed design on the cover. Those amazing creatures are unfortunately being killed at an alarming rate, their natural habitats is being more and more invaded by humans and destroyed cutting down the trees. When elephants are looking for food, they are often shot and killed. The aim of this product is to support the Sri Lankan elephant charity called Maximus Conservation Trust (winners of the BBC world challenge 2006) by creating sustainable paper-making and artisan jobs in these conflict areas and, at the same time, educating the local communities: our hope is that meaningful work will change the perceptions of Sri Lankan farmers, showing that elephants can be an economic asset instead of a threat and should be respected.
