The Chantilly glass storage cabinet is a highly decorative and practical piece. This elegant Louis XV inspired cabinet has been created by skilled artisans and is reminiscent of the quality of work of the master craftsmen of the 17th and 18th century France. The Chantilly cabinet is hand-made to high quality standards and has unique features: Its elegant bombée glass, solid wood panels and tempered and bevelled glass shelves. It offers plenty of storage space in the form of two internal glass shelves and two drawers. It has been expertly ebonised, polished and inlaid with real mother-of-pearl inlay, to reveal a fine Chinoiserie decoration, a style celebrated by King Louis XV in the Chateau de Chantilly. This sophisticated design classic has a genuine antique appeal, perfect for any contemporary home with that distinctive mix of antique and new. The highest grade solid mahogany wood is sourced from sustainable plantations and was selected for its natural beauty, noble characteristics and endurance. Mahogany wood is also naturally immune to bacteria and fungi and is extremely water resistant, making it perfectly compatible even with humid bathroom environments.
